What is the minimum age to order from
You must be at least 19 years old, No exceptions will be made to this.
I’ve checked out, what happens now?
We will send an order confirmation email with complete payment instructions. Once you complete the Master/Visa/Bitcoin/e-Transfer payment we will package and ship the order.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the possibility to offer refunds or exchanges for items. If you have any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with pictures and information about what you believe is wrong and we will help you fix any issues.

We guarantee that your order will be delivered by UPS or Canada Post.

Can I cancel an order?
When you’ve sent the payment the order is immediately packaged and cannot be canceled. If you create an order and don’t send a payment it will automatically be canceled after 48 hours.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently ship within the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada mail order marijuana and we have no plans on making changes to this.


What payment method do you accept?
We currently only accept e-Transfers, CashApp, Bitcoin/Crypto and Zelle Bank transfers, as our safe choice of payments. Most banks and credit unions in Canada offer Zelle Pay both on their online banking. After you’ve placed your order we will send the complete information about how to pay.
I’ve sent my payment, what are the next steps?
Once the payment has been sent it usually takes a few minutes to be accepted, but this can be up to 5 hours depending on your card/bank. We will send a payment confirmation email as soon as we’ve received the payment and we will start packing your order.

Payments received before noon on business days will be sent out the same day, otherwise, they will be sent out on the next business day, as this is the only time we can vacuum seal and process packages.

I’ve placed my order how much time do I have to complete the payment?
We will hold the items in your order for 48 hours so you have enough time to complete the payment. After 48 hours the order will be automatically canceled so we can return the items to our stock.


How will my order be shipped?
We take security and privacy very seriously. We will ship your order double vacuum sealed by the courier using the Express option which delivers to most of Canada & the USA in 2 days.

There will be no signage or other information on the package that could in any way indicate the contents. You can be sure no one, including the courier and/or your neighbors, will know anything about what you order from us.

How fast is my order shipped?
Once we’ve received your payment we will package your order immediately. If we receive the payment before noon on Monday to Friday we will ship it out the same day. If we receive the payment afternoon or during weekends or a holiday it will be sen out the next business day.
What are the delivery times for shipments?
We send all packages with UPS or Canada Post Express Shipping which takes 48 hours and Standard Shipping takes 4-5 days within America, Canada, the UK, and some parts of Europe (CBD). For some remote areas or during busy holiday seasons it can sometimes take longer – unfortunately this it outside of our control. We always prioritize sending all packages as quickly and efficiently as possible so you get your products quickly.
Is shipping really free for order above $350?
All orders $350 and over are completely free of charge shipping. This is an Express Shipping option with UPS and Canada Post. If your order is below $350 we charge a flat fee of $20 for standard shipping or $45 for express shipping.
Do you guarantee delivery of the order?
We fully guarantee each shipment. We will track and follow up on your delivery each step of the way to make sure it is safely delivered to you. If there are any issues with your delivery we will contact UPS or Canada Post to fix any issues. In the very rare case a package goes missing we will reship the full order to you with no extra charge.
When will I receive my tracking number?
We will send out the tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and processed. This will be the same day if your payment is accepted before noon on a business day, otherwise, it will the next business.
My shipment says “Successfully Delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
It’s quite common for the courier to scan multiple packages at the same time and delivery them later in the day or sometimes even the next day. This is unfortunate but that’s just how they do it.

If you haven’t received your package 2 business days after it says Successfully Delivered please get in touch with us and we will investigate.
